A. Be sure the valve has bottom seal. B. Turn valve stem clockwise to make needle up before loading air. C. Turn disk counter-clockwise to close valve. D. Turn valve tightly only by hand not by tools. E. Turn disk clockwise and install the valve control. F. Turn handle clockwise, pierce with a needle and close over.
